A top quality pre-folded bias binding that is composed of 70% polyester
and 30% cotton with a very soft handles, this particular bias is available in a
wide choice of colours and is favoured by dressmakers, tailors and amateur
sewers alike. Such is ideal for binding clothing and bunting also.
it is used to prevent the fraying and creates an attractive smooth edge for a
variety of items.
